Return & Exchange Policy
At Adore Inspire, each garment is thoughtfully crafted and finished with attention to detail. As our pieces are made with care and precision, they are not intended for resale and are therefore not eligible for standard returns. However, we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns with the same dedication that goes into our work.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We do not offer returns, but exchanges may be accommodated under the following conditions:
Size Preference Change – If you wish to exchange for a different size than originally purchased.
Incorrect Product Delivered – If the item received does not match your confirmed order.
Manufacturing Defect – If the garment has a defect in stitching, construction, or finishing.
Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or fall outside these conditions are not eligible for exchange.
Please note: Minor variations in fabric texture, weave, or slight color differences are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
2. Condition of Items for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Free from stains, odors, or damage
If an item requires cleaning or pressing to restore its condition, applicable costs may be deducted from store credit or refund.
3. Timelines & Notification
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are delivered within 7–9 business days.
International Orders:
May take 9–18 business days (delays will be communicated if applicable).
Reporting Issues:
Size issues / wrong product: Report within 7 days of delivery
Manufacturing defects: Report within 24 hours of delivery
To initiate a request, please share clear photos along with a detailed description of the issue.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
Once your request is approved, items must be shipped to the address provided by us.
Approved return shipping costs will be credited as store credit.
For international returns, clearly mark shipments as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs duties.
Any customs charges due to incorrect declaration will be deducted accordingly.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refund & Replacement Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
Replacement: Production of the corrected item will begin immediately
Refund: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
Store Credit: Issued within 2 business days after approval
Note: If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted unless stated otherwise.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made or personalized garmentsItems altered after delivery
Accessories and special-order items
Gift cards
International orders (unless defective or incorrect)
7. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased at our physical locations must be returned or exchanged in-store, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Taxes
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations.
